Dahi Bindi

Bindi ndi ndiwo zamasamba zodziwika bwino zaku India zomwe zimadziwika chifukwa cha mapindu ake ambiri azaumoyo. Ndi gwero labwino la fiber, iron, ndi michere ina yofunika. - 2 tomato

- 1 tsp ufa wa turmeric
- 1 tsp ufa wofiira wa chili
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Masamba atsopano a coriander kuti azikongoletsa
Malangizo:
1. Sambani ndi kupukuta bhindi, kenaka chepetsani nsonga ndi kuzidula mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono.
2. Thirani mafuta mu poto. Onjezerani nthangala za chitowe ndikuzilola kuti ziphwanyike.
3. Onjezani anyezi wodulidwa bwino ndikuphika mpaka atakhala golide.
4. Onjezerani tomato wodulidwa, ufa wa turmeric, ufa wofiira wa tsabola, ndi mchere. Kuphika mpaka tomato akhale ofewa.
5. Menyani mchere mpaka yosalala ndikuwonjezera kusakaniza, pamodzi ndi garam masala.
6. Muzisonkhezera mosalekeza. Onjezerani bhindi ndikuphika mpaka bhindi atembenuke.
7. Mukamaliza, kongoletsani Dahi Bindi ndi masamba a coriander. Dahi Bindi wanu wokoma wakonzeka kuperekedwa.
