  • 1/2 inch ginger wodula bwino lomwe, odulidwa
  • 2-3 tbsp masamba a coriander wodulidwa
  • 1/ 4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp nthangala za chitowe
  • Mchere kuti mulawe
  • Mafuta opaka mafuta

Malangizo:
