2 -3 Garlic cloves, wophwanyidwa

1 teaspoon Coriander nthangala, wophwanyidwa
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon 1 Chitowe
1 teaspoon Turmeric
supuni 1 ya mandimu

1/4 chikho (60ml) Madzi - Malangizo:
