    2 makapu (250g) Ufa
    1/4 chikho (60ml) Mafuta kapena ghee wosungunuka

    1/2 teaspoon Mchere
  • Pothira:
    2 supuni ya mafuta
    3 Mbatata, yophika ( 500g)
    1 chikho (150g) Nandolo wobiriwira, watsopano kapena wozizira
    supuni 2 masamba a Coriander, odulidwa
    1 chilili wobiriwira, akanadulidwa bwino
    8-10 Cashews, wophwanyidwa (ngati mukufuna)
    2 -3 Garlic cloves, wophwanyidwa
    supuni 1 Phala la ginger
    1 teaspoon Coriander nthangala, wophwanyidwa
    1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
    1 teaspoon Chili powder
    1 teaspoon 1 Chitowe
    1 teaspoon Turmeric
    supuni 1 ya mandimu
    Mchere kuti mulawe
    1/4 chikho (60ml) Madzi
  • Malangizo:
  • 1. Pangani mtanda: mu mbale yaikulu yosakaniza, sakanizani ufa ndi mchere. Onjezani mafuta ndiyeno yambani kusakaniza ndi zala zanu, pukutani ufa ndi mafuta mpaka mafuta ataphatikizidwa bwino. Akaphatikizidwa, osakanizawo amafanana ndi zinyenyeswazi.
