2-3 anyezi onse a Spring

¼ tsp ufa wa tsabola wakuda
¼ tsp Shuga

Chitani
Choyamba, mu mbale, onjezerani poha, madzi ndikutsuka bwino. Tumizani poha yotsuka mu mbale yayikulu ndikupukuta bwino. Mu tadka poto, onjezerani mafuta, chana dal, ndi njere za mpiru kuti zisakanike bwino. Onjezani mbewu za fennel, urad dal, masamba a curry ndikutsanulira kusakaniza uku mu mbale. Onjezerani anyezi, ginger, chilli wobiriwira, shuga, mchere kuti mulawe ndikusakaniza zonse bwino. Onjezerani pang'ono curd ndikusakaniza bwino. Tengani spoonful osakaniza ndi kupanga tikki wake kukhala lathyathyathya pang'ono. Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto wosaya. Mafuta akatenthedwa, sungani vada mu mafuta otentha. Mwachangu iwo kachiwiri kuti akutembenukira wogawana khirisipi ndi golide mtundu. Akhetseni pa minofu yakukhitchini kuti muchotse mafuta ochulukirapo. Pomaliza perekani poha vada ndi chutney wobiriwira ndi saladi watsopano.
