Zosakaniza:
-Baisan (ufa wa gram) anasefa Makapu awiri
-Zeera (njere za chitowe) wokazinga ndi kuphwanyidwa 1 tsp
-Soda wophika ½ tsp
-Himalayan pinki mchere ¼ tsp kapena kulawa
-Mafuta ophikira 1 tbs
-Madzi 1 Cup
-Mafuta ophikira okazinga
-Madzi ngati amafunikira
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 9-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Zeera (Mbeu za Chitowe) wowotcha & wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
-Himalayan pinki mchere 1 kutsina
-Hara dhania (Mwatsopano coriander) ½ Cup
-Podina (Mint masamba) 1 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) 1 tsp
-Rai dana (Mbeu za Mustard) black ½ tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
-Curry patta (Curry masamba) 10-12
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) wophwanyidwa
-Chaat masala
-Papri
Mayendedwe:
Bowl mein baisan, zeera, soda, mchere wapinki, mafuta ophikira aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein cooking oil,zeera,rai. dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kusonkhanitsa: Kutumikira mbale mein soaked baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala aur papri dal ker kutumikira karein!
