Khwerero 1: Tsukani ndikuviika gilamu yobiriwira kwa maola 4-5. Kukhetsa madzi bwinobwino.
Khwerero 2: Onjezani magalamu obiriwira oviikidwa mu blender ndi kuwagaya kukhala phala losalala powonjezera madzi pang'onopang'ono.
Khwerero 3: Onjezerani mchere ndikupitiriza sakanizani phala.
Khwerero 4: Tumizani phalalo mu mbale ndikuwona ngati akugwirizana. Iyenera kukhala yosalala komanso yothira ndi makulidwe apakati.
Khwerero 5: Tenthetsani poto ndikutsanulira pansi phala lobiriwira la gramu. Pitirizani kusonkhezera nthawi zonse kuti mupewe zotupa.
Khwerero 6: Phala likakhuthala, onjezerani ghee ndipo pitirizani kuyambitsa kwa mphindi 10-15. Onetsetsani kuti phala laphikidwa bwino ndipo likufanana ndi mtanda.
