Malangizo
1. Mu wophika pang'onopang'ono, phatikizani ntchafu za nkhuku, msuzi wa Worcestershire, minced adyo, mpiru wa Dijon, mchere, ufa wa adyo, ufa wa anyezi, tsabola wakuda, thyme, ndi fupa la ng'ombe. Phimbani ndi kuphika pamwamba kwa maola 3-4 kapena kutsika kwa maola 4-5.
