Pan Seared Salmon ndi Msuzi wa Mandimu

Zosakaniza:

  • 2-4 nsomba za salimoni (180g pa fillet)
  • 1/3 chikho (75g) batala
  • supuni 2 watsopano wa mandimu
  • Zest ya mandimu
  • 2/3 chikho (160ml) Vinyo woyera - kusankha / kapena msuzi wa nkhuku
  • 1/2 chikho (120ml) Kirimu wolemera
  • supuni 2 ya parsley wodulidwa
  • Mchere
  • tsabola wakuda

Malangizo:

  1. Chotsani khungu ku minofu ya nsomba. Nyengo ndi mchere ndi tsabola.
  2. Sungunulani batala pamoto wochepa kwambiri. Fryani nsomba kumbali zonse ziwiri mpaka golidi, pafupi mphindi 3-4 kuchokera mbali iliyonse.
  3. Onjezani mu poto vinyo woyera, madzi a mandimu, mandimu ndi heavy cream. Ikani nsomba ya salimoni mu msuzi kwa mphindi zitatu ndikuchotsa mu poto.
  4. Wonjezerani msuzi ndi mchere ndi tsabola. Onjezerani parsley wodulidwa ndikugwedeza. Chepetsani msuzi ndi theka mpaka wandiweyani.
  5. Tumikirani nsomba ya salimoni ndikutsanulira msuzi pa nsombayi.
