Pan Seared Salmon ndi Msuzi wa Mandimu

Zosakaniza:
- 2-4 nsomba za salimoni (180g pa fillet)
- 1/3 chikho (75g) batala
- supuni 2 watsopano wa mandimu
- Zest ya mandimu
- 2/3 chikho (160ml) Vinyo woyera - kusankha / kapena msuzi wa nkhuku
- 1/2 chikho (120ml) Kirimu wolemera
- supuni 2 ya parsley wodulidwa
- Mchere
- tsabola wakuda
Malangizo:
- Chotsani khungu ku minofu ya nsomba. Nyengo ndi mchere ndi tsabola.
- Sungunulani batala pamoto wochepa kwambiri. Fryani nsomba kumbali zonse ziwiri mpaka golidi, pafupi mphindi 3-4 kuchokera mbali iliyonse.
- Onjezani mu poto vinyo woyera, madzi a mandimu, mandimu ndi heavy cream. Ikani nsomba ya salimoni mu msuzi kwa mphindi zitatu ndikuchotsa mu poto.
- Wonjezerani msuzi ndi mchere ndi tsabola. Onjezerani parsley wodulidwa ndikugwedeza. Chepetsani msuzi ndi theka mpaka wandiweyani.
- Tumikirani nsomba ya salimoni ndikutsanulira msuzi pa nsombayi.
