Zosakaniza:
-Lehsan (Garlic) 12-15 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Sabut dhania (mbeu za Coriander) 1 tbs
-Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) 2 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
-Urad daal (Gawa lakuda gramu) 1 Cup (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( mafuta a mpiru
-Atta (Ufa wa Tirigu) 3 tbs
-Madzi Makapu 5 kapena mofunika -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) wodulidwa pang'ono

Malangizo:
-Mu chivundi & pestle,onjezani adyo, ginger, chilli wobiriwira, njere za coriander, nthangala za chitowe, tsabola wakuda & kuphwanya coarsely & ikani pambali.
-Mu wok, onjezani magalamu wakuda wogawanika ndikuwotcha pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 8-10.
-Zisiyeni zizizizira.
-Mumtsuko wopera, onjezerani mphodza wokazinga, pogaya kwambiri ndikuyika pambali.
-Mumphika, onjezerani mafuta a mpiru ndikuwotcha kuti utsi utsike.
-Onjezani nthangala zakuda za mpiru, anyezi, ufa wa asafoetida, sakanizani bwino & sauté kwa mphindi 2-3.
-Onjezani zonunkhira zophwanyidwa, ufa wa tirigu ndikuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
-Onjezani mphodza, madzi ndikusakaniza bwino.
-Onjezani ufa wa turmeric, mchere wapinki, ufa wofiyira wa chilli, sakanizani bwino & bweretsani kuti ziwira, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka ofewa (30-40 minutes), fufuzani ndi kusonkhezera pakati.
-Onjezani coriander watsopano ndikutumikira ndi mpunga!
