Za Salmon ndi Katsitsumzukwa:
- 2 lbs salimoni filet, kudula mu zisanu ndi chimodzi oz magawo
- 2 lbs (2 bunches) katsitsumzukwa, fibrous ends kuchotsedwa
- Salt and black tsabola
- 1 Tbsp mafuta a azitona
- 1 mandimu ang'onoang'ono, odulidwa m'mphete kuti azikongoletsa
Pa Lemon-Garlic-Herb Butter:
- ½ chikho (kapena 8) Tbsp) batala wopanda mchere, wofewetsa (*onani cholembera chofewa mwachangu)
- 2 Tbsp madzi a mandimu atsopano (kuchokera ku mandimu 1)
- 2 cloves wa adyo, wothiridwa kapena minced
