Kwa Base Gravy
• Mu chiwaya cholemera kwambiri, onjezerani madzi kapu ½.
• Onjezani tomato, anyezi, adyo, ginger, degi mirch ndi zokometsera zonse. Sakanizani bwino.
• Onjezani tsp 1½ batala, mchere ndikusakaniza bwino. Phimbani ophika kwa mphindi 15.
• Tomato akakhala ofewa, sakanizani ndi blender mpaka yosalala.
• Sefani gravy kudzera musefa.

Kwa Nkhuku Ya Butter
• Mu poto, yikani batala ndikulola kuti isungunuke. Onjezani ufa wofiira wa chilli ndi ufa wa coriander, kuphika kwa mphindi imodzi.
• Thirani msuzi wokonzeka, sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
• Onjezani zonona zatsopano, uchi, nkhuku ya tandoori, sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi 3-4.
• Thirani madzi a kewra, masamba owuma a fenugreek ndikuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri.
• Mu mbale yaying'ono yachitsulo, onjezerani makala oyaka ndi kuika pakati pa gravy.
Thirani ghee pa makala ndipo nthawi yomweyo muphimbe ndi chivindikiro, sungani kwa mphindi 2-3 kuti mumve kukoma. Mukamaliza, chotsani mbale yamakala.
• Tumizani nkhuku ya batala mu mbale yotumikira. Kokongoletsa ndi kirimu watsopano ndi coriander sprig. Kutumikira otentha ndi roti kapena mpunga.
