  • 1 + 1/2 chikho / 350ml Passata / Tomato Puree / Tomato Wothira
  • Supuni 1 Yowumitsa Oregano
  • Supuni 1 Yothira Chitowe
  • Masupuni 2 a Paprika (OSATIKUTSWA)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Tsabola Wakuda
  • 1/4 supuni ya tiyi ya Cayenne Tsabola kapena kulawa (posankha)
  • 1 + 1/2 Makapu / 210g Njere Zachimanga Zozizira (mutha kugwiritsa ntchito chimanga chatsopano)
  • 1 + 1/4 chikho / 300ml Msuzi Wamasamba (Low Sodium)
  • Onjezani Mchere Kuti Mulawe (1 + 1/4 Tsp ya Mchere wa Pinki wa Himalayan ndiwovomerezeka)

Zokongoletsa:

  • 1 chikho / 75g Green anyezi - odulidwa
  • 1/2 mpaka 3/4 chikho / 20 mpaka 30g Cilantro (masamba a Coriander) - odulidwa

  4. Onjezani adyo wodulidwa ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi imodzi kapena ziwiri mpaka kununkhira. Kenaka, onjezerani zonunkhira: oregano, chitowe pansi, tsabola wakuda, paprika, tsabola wa cayenne. Mwachangu kwa mphindi imodzi kapena ziwiri.

  7. Phimbani ndi kuchepetsa kutentha pang'ono, kuphika kwa mphindi 15 kapena mpaka quinoa itaphikidwa (osati mushy).
  8. Vula, kongoletsani ndi anyezi wobiriwira, cilantro, madzi a mandimu, ndi mafuta a azitona. Sakanizani mofatsa kuti mupewe mushiness.
