- 2-3 Green Chillies watsopano - wadula pakati (हरी मिर्च)
- 6-8 Mtedza (काजू)
- 8-10 Mtedza (मूंगफली)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- Mchere kuti mulawe (नमक स्वादानुसार)
- 1 medium Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
- 2 makapu Kolum Rice ( कोलम चावल)
- 4-5 Masamba a Curry (कड़ी पत्ता)
- Mchere wotsina (नमक)
- Mu kadai tenthetsa mafuta a sesame ndikuwonjezera nthangala za mpiru, gilamu yakuda, chana dal ndipo mulole kuti ikhale yofiirira.
