Zosakaniza:

½ chikho + 2 Tbsp (125g) Shuga

1 2/3 makapu (400ml) Kirimu wolemera, ozizira

14 oz (425g) Mascarpone tchizi, kutentha kwachipinda

1 supuni ya tiyi ya Vanila

1½ makapu opangira espresso

36-40 mabisiketi a Savoiardi (Ladyfingers)

Masupuni 2-3 a khofi/marsala/brandy

Mayendedwe:

1. Pangani madzi a khofi: sakanizani khofi yotentha ndi mowa wotsekemera, kutsanulira mu mbale yaikulu ndikuyika pambali kuti muzizizira.

2. Pangani kudzaza: ikani mazira yolk ndi shuga mu mbale yaikulu yosatentha ndikuyika pamwamba pa mphika ndi madzi owiritsa (bain marie).
