Mipira ya Tchizi ya Nkhuku
Zosakaniza: h1>mafuta - 1 tsp, Ginger-Garlic phala - 1/2 tsp, anyezi wobiriwira - 1/2 mbale, wosweka chili - 1 tsp, mchere - 1/2 tsp, ufa wa coriander - 1/ Supuni 2, garam masla - 1/2 tsp, tsabola wakuda - 1 uzitsine, capsicum - 1 mbale, kabichi, msuzi wa soya - 1 tbsp, mpiru wa mpiru - 1 tbsp, nkhuku yopanda mafupa - 300 gm, mbatata yophika - 2 yaing'ono, tchizi (ngati mukufuna), ufa ndi madzi slurry, chimanga flakes wosweka.Malangizo:
Khwerero 1 - Konzani Zosakaniza: Saute ginger-garlic phala, chili, anyezi mu mafuta, onjezani mchere, coriander ndi garam masala, tsabola, capsicum, kabichi, soya msuzi, mpiru phala. Khwerero 2 - Pangani Msuzi Woyera: Phikani ufa ndi mkaka kuti mupange msuzi wotsekemera, kenaka onjezerani kusakaniza kwapita. Onjezani nkhuku, mbatata, tchizi, sakanizani ndikuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri. Khwerero 3 - Kupaka: Ivini mipira ya nkhuku mu ufa ndi madzi slurry kaye, kenaka muwaveke ndi zipsera za chimanga. Khwerero 4 - Kuwotcha: Mwachangu mipira mu mafuta amoto wapakati-mpaka kwa mphindi 4 mpaka 5.
