-Mkaka 3 wa Olper Makapu 3

-Olper's Cream ¾ Cup (kutentha kwa chipinda)

-Maida (Ufa wacholinga chonse) 2 tbs

-Madzi 1-2 tbs

-Mapepala a Samosa momwe amafunikira

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs

-Darchini ufa (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs

-Chocolate ganache

Konzani Creamy Custard:

-Mu poto, yikani mkaka, shuga, custard ufa, vanila essence, kirimu & whisk bwino .

-Yatsani lawi lamoto ndikuphika pamoto wochepa kwambiri mpaka utakhuthara uku mukuomba mosalekeza.

-Tumizitsani mu mbale ndikusiya kuti izizizire pamene mukumenya.

-Phimbani pamwamba ndi filimu yotsatsira ndikuyika mufiriji kwa mphindi 30.

-Chotsani filimu yotsatirira, whisk bwino mpaka itakhala yosalala ndikusamutsira ku chikwama chopopera.

Konzani Samosa. Cannoli/Rolls:

-Mu mbale, onjezerani ufa wamtundu uliwonse, madzi & sakanizani bwino. Flour slurry wakonzeka.
