-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Sarson ka tel ( Mafuta a mpiru) 3 tbs (M'malo: Mafuta ophikira)
-Madzi makapu 5 kapena ngati pakufunika
-Imli zamkati (Tamarind zamkati) 1 & ½ tbs
Konzani Matar Chewra:
-Mafuta ophikira okazinga
-Pohan chewda (flattened rice flakes) 1 & ½ Cup
-Mafuta ophikira 1 tsp
-Matar (Nandolo) 1 Cup
-Mong phali (Mtedza) wowotcha ½ Cup
-Himalayan pinki mchere ¼ tsp
-Haldi ufa (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) wodulidwa 1-2
Assembling:
-Chaat masala to taste
-Hara dhania ( Coriander watsopano) wodulidwa
-Pyaz (Anyezi) mphete

-Mumphika, onjezerani nandolo zakuda, anyezi, phwetekere, phala la ginger, mchere wapinki, wofiira chilli ufa, ufa wa coriander, ufa wa garam masala, ufa wa chitowe, ufa wa mpiru, mafuta a mpiru, madzi, sakanizani bwino ndi kuwira, phimbani ndi kuphika pamoto wochepa mpaka nandolo zitafewe (mphindi 40-50)
- Chotsani & kutaya phwetekere ya phwetekere kusiyana ndi kuphika pamoto wotentha mpaka madzi auma (6-8 minutes).
-Onjezani zamkati za tamarind, sakanizani bwino kwa mphindi imodzi & ikani pambali.
Konzani Matar Chewra:
-In a wok, kutentha mafuta ophikira & deep mwachangu anapalasa mpunga flakes kupyolera mu strainer mpaka kuwala golden & crispy, sungani & kuika pambali. Mphindi 1-2.
-Onjezani mtedza, mchere wapinki, turmeric powder & sakanizani bwino kwa mphindi imodzi.
-Onjezani ma flakes a rice wokazinga & sakanizani bwino.
-Onjezani chilli wobiriwira, sakanizani bwino & ikani pambali.
