Mapepala a Pan Tacos
  • tacos:
    - 4-5 mbatata ya sing'anga, peeled & kudula mu 1/2” cubes

    - 15oz nyemba zakuda, zotsanulidwa & kutsukidwa
    - 10-12 tortillas za chimanga
    - 1/2 chikho chatsopano chodulidwa cilantro (pafupifupi 1/3 ya mulu)
  • msuzi wa chipotle:
    - 3/4 chikho chodzaza mkaka wa kokonati wodzaza mafuta (1/2 ya 13.5oz can)< br>- 4-6 chipotle tsabola mu adobo msuzi (kutengera zokometsera zokometsera)
    - 1/2 tsp mchere + zowonjezera kukoma
    - madzi a 1/2 mandimu
