-Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wodzaza manja
-Madzi ½ Cup
-Maida (ufa wacholinga chonse) anasefa Makapu 2 & ½
-Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) 1 tsp
-Kalonji (mbeu za Nigella) ½ tsp
-Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ½ tsp kapena kulawa
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp
-Ajwain (mbeu za Carom) ½ tsp
-Mafuta ophikira 1 tsp
-Mafuta ophikira 1 tsp
-Mafuta ophikira okazinga
Mayendedwe:
-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,pink salt,lal mirch crushed aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Mafuta ophikira dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka wosakaniza wobiriwira shamil karein aur ghond ker mtanda tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker mphindi 15 kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko stretch ker ka smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dzanja lopaka mafuta pa mtanda wa chota (50g) lein aur ball bana lein.
-Mafuta ophikira dal dein aur haath ki madad sa dough ko pheela lein.
-Karahi mein mafuta ophikira garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (amapanga 10-12).
