Zosakaniza:

Konzani Lagan Qeema:
-Ng'ombe ya qeema (Mince) yodulidwa finely 1 kg
-Himalayan pinki mchere 1 & ½ tsp kapena kulawa
-Kacha papita ( Papaya yaiwisi) phala 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) wanyowa & kusenda 15-16
-Kaju (Mtedza wa Cashew) 10-12
- Khopra (Coconut Desiccated) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Podina (Mint masamba) 12-15
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
- Madzi a mandimu 2 tbs
-Madzi 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp kapena kulawa
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) ufa 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Anyezi) Wokazinga 1 Cup
-Dahi (Yoguti) whisked 1 Cup
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Ghee (Buluu Womveka) ½ Cup
-Koyla (Makala) a utsi

Konzani Paratha:
-Paratha mtanda mpira 150g aliyense
-Ghee (Woyeretsedwa batala) 1 tbs
-Ghee (mafuta oyeretsedwa) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (coriander watsopano) wodulidwa
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) magawo 1-2
-Pyaz (Anyezi) mphete

Malangizo:
Konzani Lagan Qeema:
-Mumphika, ikani mince ya ng'ombe, mchere wapinki, Papaya waiwisi phala, ginger garlic phala & sakanizani bwino, kuphimba & marinate kwa 1 ola. ,madzi a mandimu,madzi & perani bwino kupanga phala wandiweyani & ikani pambali.
-Mumphika, onjezerani ufa wofiira wa chilli, cubeb spice powder, cardamom powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,yokazinga anyezi , yoghurt, kirimu, batala wowoneka bwino, phala la pansi & sakanizani mpaka zitaphatikizidwa bwino, kuphimba ndi kuzizira kwa ola limodzi kapena usiku wonse mufiriji.
-Yatsani lawi lamoto & kuphika pamoto wapakati kwa mphindi 5-6, phimbani ndi kuika mbale yamoto kapena griddle pansi pa mphika ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 25-30 (onani ndikugwedeza pakati) kuphika pa moto wapakati mpaka mafuta atalekanitsa (4-5 minutes)
-Perekani utsi wa malasha kwa mphindi ziwiri kusiyana ndi kuchotsa malasha, kuphimba ndi kusiya kwa mphindi 3-4.
Konzani Paratha:
- Tengani mpira wa mtanda (150g), kuwaza ufa wowuma & kupukuta mothandizidwa ndi pini. mothandizidwa ndi pini yogudubuza.
-Pakawotcha, ikani paratha,onjezani batala wowoneka bwino & kuphika pamoto wapakati kuchokera mbali zonse ziwiri mpaka mutatha.
-Kongoletsani ndi coriander, green chillies, mphete za anyezi & kutumikira ndi paratha !
