Zolowa:
- 2½ makapu (310g) ufa wacholinga chonse

- supuni 1 ya soda
- supuni imodzi yamchere
- 1½ makapu (300g) Shuga
- 1 chikho (240ml) buttermilk, kutentha kwachipinda
- 1 chikho – 1 tbsp (200g) Mafuta a masamba
- 1 supuni ya tiyi ya vinyo wosasa woyera
- 2 Mazira
- 1/2 chikho (115g) batala, kutentha kwachipinda
- Masupuni 1-2 opaka utoto wofiira
- 2 supuni ya tiyi ya Vanila
- Kwa chisanu:
- 1¼ makapu (300ml) Kirimu wolemera, ozizira
- 2 makapu (450g) kirimu tchizi, kutentha kwa chipinda
- 1½ makapu (190g) shuga wothira
- 1 supuni ya tiyi ya Vanila
Mayendedwe:
- Yatsani uvuni ku 350F (175C).
- Mu mbale yaikulu sefa ufa, cocoa ufa, soda ndi mchere. Konjezani ndi kuika pambali.
- Mumbale ina yayikulu, menya batala ndi shuga mpaka yosalala..
- Pangani chisanu: mu mbale yayikulu, menyani tchizi cha kirimu ndi shuga wothira ndi vanila..
- Dulani mipangidwe ya mtima 8-12 kuchokera pamwamba pa makeke.
- Ikani mkate umodzi wosanjikiza ndi mbali yathyathyathya pansi.
- Ikani mufiriji kwa maola osachepera 2-3 musanayambe kutumikira.
