Kale Chane Ki Sabji Recipe

Kale chane ki sabji ndi chakudya cham'mawa cha ku India chodziwika bwino chomwe sichimangokoma komanso chathanzi. Chinsinsichi ndi chosavuta kupanga ndipo ndi chabwino kwa chakudya cham'mawa chachangu komanso chokoma.
Zosakaniza:
- Kapu imodzi ya kale chane (napiye wakuda), yoviikidwa usiku wonse
- 2 tbsp mafuta
- 1 tsp nthangala za chitowe
- anyezi wamkulu 1, wodulidwa bwino
- supuni 1 ya ginger-garlic phala
- 2 tomato wamkulu, wodulidwa bwino
- 1 tsp ufa wa turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ufa wa coriander
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Masamba atsopano a coriander kuti azikongoletsa
Malangizo:
- Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto ndikuwonjezera nthangala za chitowe. Akayamba kusweka, onjezerani anyezi wodulidwa ndikuwotcha mpaka atasanduka golide.
- Onjezani phala la ginger-garlic ndikuphika kwa mphindi zingapo.
- Tsopano, onjezerani tomato ndikuphika mpaka atakhala mushy.
- Onjezani ufa wa turmeric, ufa wofiira wa chilili, ufa wa coriander, garam masala, ndi mchere. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Onjezani choviikidwa kale chane pamodzi ndi madzi. Phimbani ndi kuphika mpaka chana chikhale chofewa komanso chophikidwa bwino.
- Kongoletsani ndi masamba atsopano a coriander.
- Kupereka kutentha ndi roti kapena paratha.
