-Adrak lehsan paste (phala la adyo) 1 tsp

- Zeera ufa (Chitowe ufa) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
-Ufa wa Dhania (ufa wa Coriander) 1 & ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) ufa 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (coriander watsopano) wadula 1 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Masamba owuma a fenugreek) 1 tsp

- Mafuta ophikira 3 tbsp
-Adrak (Ginger) wadula 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) ½ tsp
-Ajwain (mbeu za Carom) 1 pinch
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) ufa ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (coriander watsopano) wadulidwa
Konzani Zeera Pulao:
-Podina (Mint masamba) ochepa
-Hara dhania (Mwatsopano coriander) zamanja
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inchi

- Ghee (batala womveka) ¼ chikho

-Pa strainer ya spice, onjezerani mbewu za fennel, tsabola wa nyenyezi, timitengo ta sinamoni, cardamom yakuda, njere za chitowe, masamba a bay, chivundikiro kuti mutseke & ikani pambali.
-Mumphika, ikani nandolo zakuda, mchere wa pinki, madzi, sakanizani bwino ndi kuwira.
-Chotsani zipsera, onjezani mpira wosefa mafuta onunkhira, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka waphimbika (mphindi 35-40) ndipo chotsani zokometsera za mpira (pafupifupi makapu awiri amadzi atsala).
-Mumtsuko wa blender, onjezerani nandolo zakuda zophika (1/2 chikho), nandolo (1/2 chikho), sakanizani bwino ndikuyika pambali.
-Sungani nandolo zakuda ndikusunga katundu kuti mudzagwiritse ntchito.
-Mumphika, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, anyezi & mwachangu mpaka kuwala kwagolide.
-Onjezani tomato, phala la adyo, sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi 1-2.
