500 ml Mkaka (दूध)

400 gm Paneer - grated (पनीर)

1 tsp Ghee ( घी)

10-12 Mtedza wa Cashew - wodulidwa (काजू)

8-10 Maamondi - odulidwa (बदाम)

6-8 Pistachio - wodulidwa (पिस्ता )

200 ml Mkaka Wokongoletsedwa (कन्डेंस्ड मिल्क)

1 tsp Ufa wa Cardamom (इलायची पाउडर)

Zingwe za safironi zochepa (केसर)

< p>kutsina Mchere (नमक)

½ tsp Ghee wopaka mafuta (घी)

Kachitidwe

Mu kadai yikani mkaka , panizani ndi kusonkhezera mpaka mkaka uchita nthunzi.

Tsopano yikani ghee, mtedza wa cashew, amondi, pistachio ndikuwotcha kwa mphindi ziwiri.

Kenaka yikani mkaka wosungunuka, ufa wa cardamom, safironi ndipo pitirizani kuphika mpaka kusakaniza kukhuthala.

Malizani ndi mchere pang'ono ndikusakaniza zonse bwino kenako muzimitsa moto.

Pakani mafuta pa tray ndi ghee ndikuyikamo mosakaniza. ndipo sungani mu furiji kwa mphindi 30-40 kuti mukhazikike bwino.

Chotsani ndikudula mu mawonekedwe omwe mukufuna ndikutumikira.
