Zosakaniza:

1 tsp Mafuta, 1 tsp nthangala za chitowe, 1 inchi Ginger, odulidwa, 2 anyezi wamkulu, odulidwa, 1 tsp Ginger phala phala, ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Degi chilli ufa, 1 tsp Supuni ya Coriander ufa, 2 tomato wamkulu, puree, mchere kulawa, 1 tsp Ghee, 1 tsp Mafuta, 1 anyezi Wapakatikati, kagawo kakang'ono, ½ Capsicum, kagawo, 1 phwetekere, kagawo, mchere kulawa, 250 Gram paneer, kagawo, 1 tsp. Kashmiri chili powder, 1 tbsp kadai masala, 1 tbsp Cream/ optional, Coriander Sprig

● Onjezani njere za coriander, chitowe, tsabola wofiira wa ku Kashmiri, tsabola ndi mchere
● Yanikani mpaka mutenge fungo la mtedza.
● Mulole kuti zizizizira ndi kuupera kukhala ufa wosalala.

Za Kadai. Paneer
● Tengani poto, onjezerani mafuta/ghee.
● Tsopano onjezerani chitowe, ginger ndi saute bwino
● Onjezani anyezi, ginger garlic paste ndi kuphika mpaka fungo laiwisi litatha.
● Onjezani turmeric. ufa, degi chilli ufa ndi ufa wa coriander ndikuphika bwino.
● Thirani phwetekere wa tomato, mchere kuti mulawe ndi madzi kuti aphike.
● Tengani poto, yikani mafuta/ ghee.
● Thirani kagawo kakang'ono anyezi. , kagawo kakasi, kagawo kakang'ono ka tomato ndi mchere ndipo wiritsani kwa mphindi imodzi.
● Thirani kagawo kakang'ono kamene kakang'ambika ndipo wiritsani bwino.
● Onjezani ufa wa kashmiri wa chilli ndi kuphika kadai masala n'kuwotcha bwino.
● Wonjezerani bwino. msuzi wokonzedwa mu poto ndikuphika bwino.
● Onjezani zonona ndikusakaniza bwino.
● Kongoletsani ndi tsamba la coriander.
