Hojicha Cheesecake Cookie

Zosakaniza:

  • 220g ufa wa gf (88g tapioca starch, 66g ufa wa buckwheat, 66g mapira ufa) koma mutha kugwiritsa ntchito ufa uliwonse wa gf kapena nthawi zonse
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 2 tbsp hojicha powder
  • 2 tbsp vanila yothira
  • 113g batala wopanda mchere wofewetsa
  • 110g shuga wonyezimira
  • 50g shuga wabulauni
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp mchere
  • dzira 1 & dzira limodzi yolk
  • 110g kirimu tchizi
  • 40g wopanda mchere
  • 200g shuga wothira
  • 1/2 tbsp madzi a mandimu
  • mchere pang'ono
  • 1 tsp vanila phala (ngati mukufuna)

Malangizo:

  1. Preheat kwambiri 350F.
  2. li>Mumbale wapakati, sakanizani ufa wa hojicha ndi vanila pamodzi mpaka utakhala phala, kenaka yikani batala ndi kusakaniza mpaka homogenous.
  3. Onjezani mu granulated shuga, bulauni shuga, mchere ndi kusakaniza (palibe chifukwa kumenya kuti ukhale ndi mpweya).
  4. Onjezani mazira ndi tahini.
  5. Mu mbale ina, sungani ufa wanu pamodzi ndi kuwonjezera soda.
  6. Onjezani zouma mumphika. yonyowa ndi kusakaniza.
  7. Ikani mu furiji usiku wonse koma pang'ono kwa ola limodzi kuti mtanda ukhale wothira madzi komanso kukoma kwake (ndikhulupirireni kumapangitsa kusiyana!!!).
  8. Kokani! mu mipira (pafupifupi 30g / mpira) ndipo onetsetsani kuti mwawagawanitsa ndikuphika kwa mphindi 13-15 pa 350F.
  9. Kupanga chisanu, ndi standmixer kapena whisk yamagetsi, whisk kirimu tchizi ndi batala mpaka wopepuka komanso wamphepo.
  10. Onjezani madzi a mandimu, mchere, vanila phala (ngati muli nawo) ndi shuga wothira mpaka kusasinthasintha kukhale kokhuthala.
  11. Dikirani makeke kuti azizizire musanazizira. Kongoletsani ndi zowaza kapena fumbi la hojicha.
