ZINTHU

  • 2 nkhumba za nkhumba, pafupifupi mapaundi 1-1.5 aliyense
  • 3 tbsp mafuta a azitona

MALANGIZO

  1. Yatsani uvuni ku 400F.
  2. Phimbani ndi mafuta, mchere, tsabola ndi paprika. Sakanizani mpaka mutakutidwa bwino ndikuyika pambali.
  3. Mu chidebe chaching'ono, konzani madzi otsekemera posakaniza vinyo woyera, ng'ombe yamphongo, ndi viniga. Khalani pambali.
  4. Kutenthetsa poto ndi kutentha nkhumba za nkhumba mmenemo. Kuwaza shallots ndi adyo mozungulira nthiti. Ndiye kutsanulira mu deglazing madzi ndi kuphimba ndi zitsamba zatsopano. Lolani kuphika mu uvuni kwa mphindi 20-25.
  5. Chotsani mu uvuni, tsegulani ndi kuchotsa zitsamba zatsopano. Siyani kupuma kwa mphindi 10 musanayambe kudula. Bweretsaninso nyama mu poto ndikukongoletsa ndi parsley.
