Gajar kwa Halwa

- Gajar (Karoti) wotsukidwa ndikusenda 2kg
- Ghee (Batala Womveka) 3-4 tbs
- Doodh (Mkaka) Makapu 2 & ½
- Sugar 1 & ½ Cup or kulawa
- Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup
- Badam (Almonds) sliced 3 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced 3 tbs
- Elaichi ufa (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
- Ghee (Ghee Clarified) 1 tsp
- Khoya 150g
- Kirimu 4 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced
- Dried rose
-Gulani kaloti mothandizidwa ndi grater ndikuyika pambali.
- Mu wok, onjezani batala wowoneka bwino & musiye kuti asungunuke.
-Onjezani kaloti wonyezimira, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 2-3.
-Mu wok, onjezerani mkaka & sakanizani bwino, bweretsani ku wiritsani ndi kuphika pamoto wapakati mpaka mkaka utachepa (8-10 minutes).
-Onjezani shuga, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 8-10.
-Mu saucepan, onjezerani batala womveka bwino zimasungunuka.
-Onjezani ma almond, pistachios & mwachangu pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 2-3.
-Mu wok, onjezerani mtedza wokazinga ndi ghee & sakanizani bwino.
-Onjezani ufa wa cardamom, sakanizani bwino & ikani pambali.
-Mu poto yokazinga, yikani batala wowoneka bwino ndipo musungunuke.
-Onjezani khoya & zonona, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka usungunuke (4-5 minutes).
- Mu galasi lotumikira, onjezerani gajar halwa, khoya yotsekemera & kongoletsani ndi pistachios, duwa louma & kutumikira!
