DHABA STYLE DAL FRY

Zosakaniza
- 2 tbsp ghee
- ½ chikho tuvar dal, zoviikidwa
- 3 tbsp moong dal, zoviikidwa
- Ginger 1 inchi, wodulidwa
- Mchere kuti mulawe
- ¼ tsp ufa wa turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 green chilli li>
- 1 ½ makapu madzi
- For Tempering1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp mafuta
- ½ tsp nthangala za chitowe
- 1 inchi ginger wodula bwino kwambiri
- ½ tsp adyo, akanadulidwa bwino
- anyezi wapakati, wodulidwa bwino
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Mchere kuti mulawe
- Pa 2nd Tempering2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp mafuta
- 3-4 adyo cloves, sliced
- 2 tbsp mafuta /li>
- 2-3 rose dry kashmiri red
- Tsitsi la asafoetida
- ½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- Masamba a Coriander, kuti azikongoletsa
