Chimanga cha Crispy

- Zosakaniza:
2 makapu chimanga owuma
½ chikho ufa wa chimanga
½ chikho ufa
1 tbsp adyo phala
Salt
Tsabola
2 tbsp Schezwan phala
2 tbsp Ginger, wodulidwa finely
2 tbsp Garlic, finely akanadulidwa
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 Capsicum, akanadulidwa finely
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Ufa
1 Anyezi, akanadulidwa bwino
br> Mafuta okazinga - Njira:
Mu poto lalikulu, bweretsani kuwira madzi okwanira 1 litre ndi 1 tsp mchere. Wiritsani maso a chimanga kwa mphindi zosachepera zisanu. Kukhetsa chimanga.
Ikani chimanga mu mbale yaikulu. Onjezerani 1 tbsp adyo phala ndikusakaniza bwino. Onjezerani 2 tbsp ufa, 2 tbsp ufa wa chimanga ndi kuponya. Bwerezani mpaka ufa wonse ndi chimanga zigwiritsidwe. Sefa kuti muchotse ufa uliwonse wotayirira. Mwachangu mu mafuta ang'onoang'ono otentha mumagulu 2 mpaka khirisipi. Chotsani pa pepala loyamwa. Pumulani kwa mphindi 2 ndikuumitsanso mpaka golidi mu mtundu. Kutenthetsa 1 tbsp mafuta mu poto. Onjezerani anyezi odulidwa, ginger ndi adyo. Sauté mpaka golidi. Onjezerani tsabola wobiriwira wodulidwa, capsicum ndi kusakaniza. Onjezani phala la schezwan, ketchup, ufa wofiira wa Kashmiri, mchere & tsabola kuti mulawe ndikusakaniza. Onjezerani chimanga ndikugwedeza bwino. Kutumikira otentha.
