Konzani Kudzaza Mbatata: -Mafuta ophikira 2-3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) wodulidwa 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) wodulidwa 1 tbs -Aloo (mbatata) yophika 600g -Tandoori masala 1 tbs -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin powder) roasted & crushed ½ tbs -Sabut dhania (Coriander mbeu) wokazinga & wophwanyidwa ½ tbs -Haldi ufa (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Baisan (Gram ufa) wokazinga 3 tbs -Hara dhania (coriander watsopano) wodulidwa dzanja

Konzani Paratha Mtanda: -Ghee (Batala Womveka) 3 tbs -Maida (ufa wacholinga chonse) anasefa 500g -Chakki atta (ufa wa wholewheat) anasefa 1 chikho -Shuga ufa 2 tbs -Baking soda ½ tsp -Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp -Doodh (Mkaka) kutentha 1 & ½ Cup -mafuta ophikira 1 Tsp -Mafuta ophikira


Malangizo:

Konzani Kudzaza Mbatata: -Mu wok, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, adyo & mwachangu mpaka golidi. -Onjezani tsabola wobiriwira ndikusakaniza bwino. -Zimitsani moto, onjezerani mbatata & sakanizani bwino ndi masher. -Yatsani moto, onjezerani tandoori masala, chaat masala, mchere wa pinki, ufa wa chilli wofiira, nthangala za chitowe, njere za coriander, ufa wa turmeric, ufa wa gramu, coriander watsopano, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pansi kwa mphindi 3-4. -Zizire.
