Zosakaniza:

● Maida (ufa woyengedwa) makapu 2
● Ajwain (mbewu za carom) ½ tsp
● Mchere ½ tsp
● Ghee 4 tbsp
● Madzi ngati amafunikira

Njira:

1. Mu mbale yosakaniza yikani ufa woyengedwa bwino, semolina, ajwain, mchere ndi ghee, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphatikiza ghee mu ufa
2. Onjezani madzi pang'onopang'ono ndipo pang'onopang'ono ukande mtanda wouma. Kanda mtanda kwa mphindi zosachepera 2-3.
3. Phimbani ndi nsalu yonyowa ndikupumula kwa mphindi zosachepera 30.
4. Ukandenso mtandawo ukatha.
5. Ikani mafuta mu wok ndi kutentha mpaka kutentha pang'ono, mwachangu papdi izi pa moto wochepa mpaka zitawoneka bwino komanso zagolide. Chotsani papepala loyamwitsa kapena sieve kuti muchotse mafuta ochulukirapo.
6. Mwachangu ma papdi onse chimodzimodzi, ma papdis owoneka bwino ndi okonzeka, mutha kuwasunga mu chidebe chopanda mpweya.
