    • Maida (ufa wacholinga chonse) ½ Cup
    • Namak (Mchere) ½ tsp kapena kulawa
  • Malangizo:
    • Mu poto yikani batala ndipo isungunuke.
    • Onjezani adyo ndikusakaniza bwino.
    • Mum’tanga onjezerani ufa wa chimanga ndi kumenya bwino.
    • Tsopano sungunulani ufa wa chimanga, mkaka ndi whisk bwino.
    • Onjezerani ufa wa tsabola woyera, tsabola wakuda wosweka, mchere ndi zitsamba zosakaniza. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika mpaka msuzi utakhuthala.
