5. Sakanizani zokazinga ndi mchere pang'ono mpaka yosalala.
6. Ikani mu furiji ndipo mulole kuti ikhazikike.
Base Biscuit:
Mabisiketi 140 magalamu
Butala 80 magalamu (wosungunuka)
Cheesecake Batter:
Kirimu tchizi 300 magalamu
Ufa shuga 1/2 chikho
Ufa wa chimanga 1 tbsp
Mkaka wothira 150 ml
Fresh kirimu 3/4 chikho
Curd 1/4 chikho
Vanila essence 1 tsp
Mango puree 100 magalamu
Lemon zest 1 nos.

2. Sakanizani osakaniza mu poto wa springform ndi refrigerate.
3. Muzimenya kirimu tchizi, shuga ndi ufa wa chimanga mpaka ufewe.
4. Onjezani mkaka wosakanizidwa ndi zotsalazo ndikumenya mpaka zitaphatikizana.
5. Thirani zomenya mu poto ndi nthunzi kwa ola limodzi.
6. Kuziziritsa ndi refrigerate kwa maola 2-3.
7. Kongoletsani ndi magawo a mango ndikutumikira.
