Zosakaniza

  • 2 makapu maida (ufa wacholinga chonse)
  • 1 chikho shuga
  • 1 tsp ufa wa cardamom
  • ½ chikho cha ghee (clarified butter)
  • Mafuta okazinga kwambiri

Malangizo

  1. Mu mbale yosakaniza, phatikizani maida, shuga , ufa wa cardamom, ndi ghee. Sakanizani bwino mpaka crumbly.
  2. Onjezani madzi pang'onopang'ono kuti mupange mtanda wosalala. Phimbani ndipo mulole kuti ipume kwa mphindi 30.
  3. Perekani mtandawo kukhala pepala lochindikala ndikudula mu mawonekedwe a diamondi.
  4. Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto yokazinga kwambiri pa kutentha kwapakati. Mwachangu masikono ooneka ngati diamondi mpaka abulauni ndi owoneka bwino.
  5. Chotsani ndi kukhetsa pamapepala. Alekeni aziziziritsa asanayambe kutumikira.
