Amatumikira: 8-10

Zosakaniza:

  • 2 tbsps mtedza wokazinga
  • 1 chikho cha ufa wa mpunga
  • ½ chikho cha ufa wa gramu
  • supuni 1 nthanga zoyera za sitsamu
  • 2 tbsps masamba a curry
  • 2 tbsps masamba atsopano a coriander odulidwa
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp nthangala za chitowe
  • Mchere kuti ulawe
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Mafuta okazinga kwambiri

Njira:

  1. Pwani mtedza wokazinga.
  2. Mu mbale, phatikiza ufa wa mpunga, ufa wa gramu, mtedza wophwanyidwa, njere zoyera za sesame, masamba a curry, masamba a coriander, chilli wofiira, njere za chitowe, mchere, ndi ghee. Pakani bwino.
  3. Onjezani madzi ofunda ngati mukufunikira ndikukanda mu ufa wofewa.
  4. Pakani mafuta pepala ndi ghee. Ikani mtanda wa mtanda wolingana ndi nsangalabwi pa pepala lopaka mafuta ndikuukulunga kukhala masamu ang'onoang'ono. Kokani ndi mphanda.

  • ¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Mchere kuti ulawe
  • 2 tbsp mafuta otentha

Njira:

  1. Mu mbale, sakanizani ufa wa moong ndi ufa wa mpunga. Onjezani asafoetida, ufa wa chilili wofiira, mchere, ndi kusakaniza bwino.
  2. Pangani chitsime pakati ndikuwonjezera mafuta otentha ndi madzi kuti mupange mtanda wofewa.
  3. Kutenthetsa mafuta mu kadahi. Pakani makina osindikizira a chakli ndi mafuta, phatikizani mbale ya riboni ya pakoda, ndikusindikiza nthiti mu mafuta otentha. Mwachangu kwambiri mpaka golidi ndi khirisipi. Thirani papepala loyamwitsa.

  • 1½ makapu ufa wosalala
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 ½ kapu yokazinga moong
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp mbewu za fennel zophwanyidwa
  • ½ tsp ufa wa turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp ufa wa coriander
  • ½ tsp ufa wa chitowe
  • Mchere kuti ulawe
  • supuni 1 ufa wa mango wouma
  • 2 tsp shuga wothira
  • supuni 1 ya mandimu
  • ¼ chikho zoumba

Njira:

  1. Onjezani ghee ndi mchere mu ufa, ndikuupaka bwino kuti muphatikize.
  2. Pang'onopang'ono onjezerani madzi kuti muponde mtanda wolimba, wosalala.
  3. Pewani nyama yokazinga kukhala ufa wosalala. Mu poto, tenthetsa ghee, sungani nthangala za chitowe ndi fennel kwa mphindi imodzi, kenaka yikani turmeric, chilli wofiira, ufa wa coriander ndi chitowe; sakanizani bwino.
  4. Onjezani ufa wa moong dal, mchere, ufa wa mango wouma, shuga wothira, ndi zoumba. Kuphika kwa mphindi 1-2, kenaka yikani madzi a mandimu ndikuchotsa kutentha.
  5. Tengani gawo la mtanda, muupange kukhala mpira, pangani bowo, sungani ndi osakaniza, musindikize, ndi kuphwanyidwa pang'ono.
  6. Tsitsani mafuta mu poto ndi mwachangu mwachangu kachoris pa kutentha pang'ono mpaka golide ndi khirisipi. Thirani papepala loyamwitsa ndipo mulole kuti lizizire.
