Zosakaniza:

Njira:
- Pwani mtedza wokazinga.
- Mu mbale, phatikiza ufa wa mpunga, ufa wa gramu, mtedza wophwanyidwa, njere zoyera za sesame, masamba a curry, masamba a coriander, chilli wofiira, njere za chitowe, mchere, ndi ghee. Pakani bwino.

- Pangani chitsime pakati ndikuwonjezera mafuta otentha ndi madzi kuti mupange mtanda wofewa.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta mu kadahi. Pakani makina osindikizira a chakli ndi mafuta, phatikizani mbale ya riboni ya pakoda, ndikusindikiza nthiti mu mafuta otentha. Mwachangu kwambiri mpaka golidi ndi khirisipi. Thirani papepala loyamwitsa.

- 2 tsp ufa wa coriander
- ½ tsp ufa wa chitowe
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- supuni 1 ufa wa mango wouma
- 2 tsp shuga wothira
- supuni 1 ya mandimu
- ¼ chikho zoumba
Njira:
- Onjezani ghee ndi mchere mu ufa, ndikuupaka bwino kuti muphatikize.
- Pang'onopang'ono onjezerani madzi kuti muponde mtanda wolimba, wosalala.
- Pewani nyama yokazinga kukhala ufa wosalala. Mu poto, tenthetsa ghee, sungani nthangala za chitowe ndi fennel kwa mphindi imodzi, kenaka yikani turmeric, chilli wofiira, ufa wa coriander ndi chitowe; sakanizani bwino.
- Onjezani ufa wa moong dal, mchere, ufa wa mango wouma, shuga wothira, ndi zoumba. Kuphika kwa mphindi 1-2, kenaka yikani madzi a mandimu ndikuchotsa kutentha.
- Tengani gawo la mtanda, muupange kukhala mpira, pangani bowo, sungani ndi osakaniza, musindikize, ndi kuphwanyidwa pang'ono.
