Kwa Nkhuku yaku Mediterranean:

  • Masamba a Basil atsopano - ochepa
  • Lehsan (Garlic) cloves - 3-4
  • Paprika ufa - ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch (tsabola wakuda) wophwanyidwa - ½ tsp
  • Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan - ½ tsp kapena kulawa
  • Phala la phwetekere - 1 tsp
  • Phala la mpiru - ½ tsp
  • Madzi a mandimu - 1 tsp
  • Mafuta a azitona - 2 tbsp
  • Nkhuku za nkhuku - 2 (375g)
  • Mafuta ophikira - 2-3 tbs

Za Mpunga:

  • Mafuta a azitona - 1-2 tbsp
  • Pyaz (Anyezi) wodulidwa - 1 kakang'ono
  • Lehsan (Garlic) wodulidwa - 1 tsp
  • Chawal (Mpunga) - 2 Makapu (yophika ndi mchere)
  • Zeera (mbeu za Chitowe) wokazinga ndi wophwanyidwa - 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (ufa wa tsabola wakuda) - ½ tsp
  • Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan - ¼ tsp kapena kulawa
  • Hara dhania (coriander watsopano) wodulidwa - 1-2 tbs

Za Saladi ya Veggie & Feta:

  • Kheera (Nkhaka) - 1 sing'anga
  • Pyaz (Anyezi) - 1 sing'anga
  • Tomato wa Cherry wagawika pakati - 1 Cup
  • Kali mirch powder (ufa wa tsabola wakuda) - ½ tsp
  • Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan - ½ tsp kapena kulawa
  • Madzi a mandimu - 1 tsp
  • Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wodulidwa - 1 tbs
  • Feta tchizi - 100g

Za Msuzi wa Tzatziki:

  • Dahi (Yogati) anapachikidwa - 200g
  • Lehsan (Garlic) - 2 cloves
  • Mandimu - 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (tsabola wakuda) wophwanyidwa - kulawa
  • Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan - ½ tsp kapena kulawa
  • Kheera (Nkhaka) wopukutidwa & kufinyidwa - 1 sing'anga
  • Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wodulidwa - wodzaza manja
  • Mafuta a azitona - 1-2 tsp

Mayendedwe

Konzani Nkhuku yaku Mediterranean:

  1. Mu chopukusira, onjezerani masamba atsopano a basil, adyo, ufa wa paprika, tsabola wakuda wophwanyika, mchere wa pinki, phala la phwetekere, phala la mpiru, madzi a mandimu, ndi mafuta a azitona. Pogaya bwino kupanga phala wandiweyani.
  2. Pakani marinade pamitsuko ya nkhuku, valani bwino, kuphimba, ndi marinate kwa mphindi 30.
  3. Mu poto yachitsulo, tenthetsani mafuta ophikira ndikuphika zitsulo zokhala ndi marinated kuchokera kumbali zonse mpaka zitatha (pafupi mphindi 8-10). Siyani kuti ipume kwa mphindi zingapo musanadule ndikuyika pambali.

Konzani Saladi ya Veggie & Feta:

  1. Mu mbale, phatikizani nkhaka, anyezi, tomato wa chitumbuwa, tsabola wakuda wophwanyika, mchere wa pinki, madzi a mandimu, ndi coriander watsopano. Kumbani bwino.
  2. Pindani pang'onopang'ono mu feta cheese. Khalani pambali.

Konzani Msuzi wa Tzatziki:

  1. Mu mbale, whisk pamodzi yogati, adyo, mandimu, tsabola wakuda wophwanyidwa, ndi mchere wapinki.
  2. Onjezani nkhaka zowonongeka ndi coriander watsopano; sakanizani bwino. Thirani mafuta a azitona ndikuyika pambali.
