- Kali mirch powder (ufa wa tsabola wakuda) - ½ tsp
- Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan - ¼ tsp kapena kulawa
- Hara dhania (coriander watsopano) wodulidwa - 1-2 tbs

- Dahi (Yogati) anapachikidwa - 200g

- Mandimu - 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (tsabola wakuda) wophwanyidwa - kulawa
- Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan - ½ tsp kapena kulawa
- Kheera (Nkhaka) wopukutidwa & kufinyidwa - 1 sing'anga
- Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wodulidwa - wodzaza manja
- Mafuta a azitona - 1-2 tsp
Mayendedwe
Konzani Nkhuku yaku Mediterranean:
- Mu chopukusira, onjezerani masamba atsopano a basil, adyo, ufa wa paprika, tsabola wakuda wophwanyika, mchere wa pinki, phala la phwetekere, phala la mpiru, madzi a mandimu, ndi mafuta a azitona. Pogaya bwino kupanga phala wandiweyani.
