Ragi roti, wopatsa thanzi komanso chokoma Chinsinsi, ndi wangwiro kwa kadzutsa kapena chakudya chamadzulo. Roti wakumwenye uwu wopangidwa kuchokera ku mapira samangokhala wopanda gilateni komanso wodzaza ndi michere.
