- Mchere kuti mulawe (ndinaonjezera supuni 1+1/4 ya mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan)
- 1+1/2 chikho (Cholongedwa Molimba) Kaloti WOGULITSIRA (180g, Kaloti 2 mpaka 3)
- 3/4 Cup TOAsted Oats (80g)
- 3/4 Cup Ufa wa Nkhuku kapena Besan (35g)
- Supuni 1 Mafuta a azitona
- Supuni 2 Viniga Woyera kapena Vinyo Woyera
- 1/4 supuni ya tiyi ya Baking Soda
Tahini Dip:
- 1/2 chikho Tahini
- Masupuni 2 a mandimu kapena kulawa
- 1/3 mpaka 1/2 chikho Mayonesi (Vegan)
- 1 mpaka 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1/4 mpaka 1/2 supuni ya tiyi ya Mapulo Syrup (posankha)
- Mchere kuti mulawe (ndawonjezera 1/4 supuni ya tiyi ya mchere wa Himalayan)
- Masupuni 2 mpaka 3 Madzi a ayezi
Njira:
- Tsukani mphodza zofiyira kangapo mpaka madzi atayera. Zilowerereni kwa maola awiri kapena atatu, kenako khetsani ndikusiyani musefa mpaka utatha.
