Khasta Shakar Paray

Zosakaniza:
- 2 Makapu Maida (ufa wacholinga chonse), akusefa
- 1 chikho Shuga, ufa (kapena kulawa)
- Supuni 1 mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan (kapena kulawa)
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- 6 tbs Ghee (Batala Womveka)
- ½ Chikho cha Madzi (kapena ngati mukufunikira)
- Mafuta ophikira okazinga
Malangizo:
- Mu mbale, onjezerani ufa, shuga, mchere wapinki, ndi zosakaniza zonse. pawudala wowotchera makeke. Sakanizani bwino.
- Onjezani batala wowoneka bwino ndikusakaniza mpaka aphwanyike.
- Pang'onopang'ono onjezerani madzi, sakanizani bwino, ndipo sonkhanitsani mtanda (musaukanda). Phimbani ndikusiya kuti ipume kwa mphindi 10.
- Ngati n'koyenera, onjezerani 1 tsp ufa wamtundu uliwonse. Mgwirizano wa mtanda ukhale wosavuta kugwira komanso wofewa, osati wolimba kwambiri kapena wofewa.
- Tumizani mtandawo pa malo oyera ogwirira ntchito, agawe m'magawo awiri, ndipo perekani gawo lililonse mu makulidwe a 1 cm pogwiritsa ntchito pini.
