Zosakaniza:

- tpiritsi 2-3 wobiriwira, wodulidwa bwino
- ginger 1 inchi, wodula bwino
- 2-3 tbsp masamba a coriander, odulidwa bwino
- Mchere kuti mulawe
- 1/4 tsp ufa wa turmeric
- 1/2 tsp wofiira wa ufa wa chili

- Utsine wa asafoetida (hing)
- Madzi monga amafunikira
- Mafuta ophikira

- Mumbale wosanganikirana, tengerani nyemba za besani ndikuwonjezera masamba onse odulidwa, chilili, ginger, masamba a coriander, ndi zokometsera.< /li>
- Onjezani madzi pang'onopang'ono kuti apange batter yosalala ndi kuthira mosasinthasintha.
- Sotsani chiwaya chopanda ndodo, tsanulirani kamtsuko kakang'ono ka batter, ndi kufalitsa mofanana kuti mupange chilla. >
- Onjerani mafuta m’mbali ndikuphika mpaka golide bulauni.
- Pitanitsaninso ndi kuphika mbali inayo.
- Kutumikirani kutentha ndi chutney wobiriwira kapena ketchup ya phwetekere. >
