- Band gobhi (Kabichi) adapanga 1 Cup
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) akanadulidwa ½ Cup
- Koyla (Makala) a utsi
- Chilli sauce 1 tbs
- Green chilli sauce 1 tbs li>
- Msuzi wa soya 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Spring anyezi) masamba odulidwa 3 tbs
- Mafuta ophikira 1 tbs

-M'madzi otentha, onjezerani mchere wa pinki, tsabola wobiriwira & sakanizani bwino.
-Onjezani mpunga woviikidwa ndi wiritsani pamoto wapakati mpaka 90% itatha kenaka sungani ndi kuika pambali.
- Mu mbale, ikani nkhuku, tsabola wofiira wophwanyidwa, mchere wa pinki, ufa wa tsabola wakuda, phala la ginger, soya msuzi, viniga & sakanizani bwino, kuphimba & marinate kwa mphindi 30.
-Mu wok, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, adyo, ginger & sauté kwa mphindi imodzi.
-Onjezani nkhuku yokazinga, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pa moto wapakati kwa mphindi 4-5. ,tsabola wakuda, shuga, chilli ufa, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi ziwiri mpaka zitatu. -Zimitsani moto ndi kupereka utsi wa malasha kwa mphindi zitatu.
