  • Lehsan (Garlic) akanadulidwa 2 tbs

  • Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbs
  • Soy sauce 2 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
  • Mchere wa Himalayan pinki 1 tsp kapena kulawa
  • Kali mirch powder (Black tsabola ufa) 1 tsp

  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
  • Matar (Nandolo) 1 Cup
  • Gajar (Carrot) sliced 1 Cup
  • Pyaz (Anyezi) adathira 1 Cup
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) adapanga 1 Cup
  • Band gobhi (Kabichi) adapanga 1 Cup
  • Hara pyaz (Spring onion) akanadulidwa ½ Cup
  • Koyla (Makala) a utsi
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbs
  • Green chilli sauce 1 tbs li>
  • Msuzi wa soya 1 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Spring anyezi) masamba odulidwa 3 tbs
  • Mafuta ophikira 1 tbs

Malangizo:

-M'madzi otentha, onjezerani mchere wa pinki, tsabola wobiriwira & sakanizani bwino.
-Onjezani mpunga woviikidwa ndi wiritsani pamoto wapakati mpaka 90% itatha kenaka sungani ndi kuika pambali.
- Mu mbale, ikani nkhuku, tsabola wofiira wophwanyidwa, mchere wa pinki, ufa wa tsabola wakuda, phala la ginger, soya msuzi, viniga & sakanizani bwino, kuphimba & marinate kwa mphindi 30.
-Mu wok, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, adyo, ginger & sauté kwa mphindi imodzi.
-Onjezani nkhuku yokazinga, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pa moto wapakati kwa mphindi 4-5. ,tsabola wakuda, shuga, chilli ufa, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi ziwiri mpaka zitatu. -Zimitsani moto ndi kupereka utsi wa malasha kwa mphindi zitatu.
