-Mafuta ophikira 4 tbs

-Karry patta (Curry masamba) 15-20

-Dahi (Yogati) whisk ½ Cup

-Sabut dhania (mbeu za Coriander) wophwanyidwa ½ tbs

-Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ½ tsp kapena kulawa

-Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) wokazinga ndikuphwanya 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa

-Saunf (mbewu za fennel) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp

-Ufa wa Haldi (Ufa wa Turmeric) ½ tsp

-Kalonji (mbewu za Nigella) ¼ tsp

-Mandimu 3-4 tbs

Mayendedwe:

  • Dulani tsabola wobiriwira pakati ndikuyika pambali.
  • Mu poto yokazinga, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, masamba a curry & mwachangu kwa masekondi khumi.
  • Onjezani chilli wobiriwira, sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi imodzi.
  • Onjezani yoghurt, njere za coriander, mchere wapinki, njere za chitowe, ufa wa chilili wofiira, njere za fennel, ufa wa turmeric, njere za nigella, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pamoto wapakati kwa mphindi 1-2, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 10- Mphindi 12.
  • Onjezani madzi a mandimu, sakanizani bwino & kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
