Zosakaniza
- 1 Pyaz (Anyezi) yaying'ono
- 7-8 cloves Lehsan (Garlic)
- 2-3 Hari mirch (Green chillies )
- 1 bunch Hara dhania (fresh coriander) kapena ngati pakufunika
- 1 Cup Safed chanay (Nkhuku), zoviikidwa usiku wonse
- 3-4 tbsp Til (Sesame) mbewu), zokazinga
- 1 tsp Sabut dhania (mbewu za Coriander), zophwanyidwa
- ½ tsp Ufa wophika
- 1 tsp Oregano wouma
- Supuni imodzi ya Zeera (mbewu za chitowe), wokazinga & wophwanyidwa
- ½ tsp mchere wapinki wa Himalayan kapena kuti mulawe
- 1 tsp Kali mirch powder (ufa wa tsabola wakuda)
- Supuni 1 ya mandimu
- Mafuta ophikira okazinga
Malangizo
- Mu chopa, onjezani anyezi, adyo, chillies wobiriwira, watsopano. coriander, nandolo, sesame, coriander, baking powder, oregano youma, chitowe, pinki mchere, black tsabola ufa, ndi mandimu & kuwaza bwino.
- Tulutsani mu mbale ndikuukani bwino 2. -Mphindi 3.
- Tengani kusakaniza pang'ono (45g) ndikusindikizani pang'onopang'ono kuti mupange ma falafels ooneka ngati oval.
- Mu wok, tenthetsa mafuta ophikira ndi mwachangu pa sing'anga- moto wochepa mpaka golide bulauni. Chinsinsichi chimapanga pafupifupi ma falafel 20.
