Mu wok, onjezerani adyo, ginger, masamba a curry ndikusakaniza bwino. Onjezani tomato, tsabola wobiriwira, kashmiri wofiira wofiira, ufa wa coriander, mchere wapinki, tsabola wofiira, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wapakati kwa mphindi 2-3.
