Mu wok, ikani mafuta ophikira, anyezi & mwachangu mpaka bulauni wagolide ndikusunga kuti mudzagwiritse ntchito mtsogolo. Chotsani mafuta owonjezera pawoko ndikusiya ¼ chikho cha mafuta ophikira. Mu wok, onjezerani adyo, ginger, masamba a curry ndikusakaniza bwino. Onjezani tomato, tsabola wobiriwira, kashmiri wofiira wofiira, ufa wa coriander, mchere wapinki, tsabola wofiira, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wapakati kwa mphindi 2-3. Onjezani ndi kufalitsa batala wa adyo wokonzeka mbali zonse ndi kuphika pamoto wapakati mpaka golidi (mphindi 2-3). Kongoletsani ndi coriander watsopano ndikutumikira ndi garlic butter naan!
