Zosakaniza:
Mpunga wotsalira (1 chikho)
Besan (ufa wa gramu) (1/2 chikho)
Mchere (monga mwa kukoma)
Ufa wa chilili wofiira (monga mwa kukoma)
>Tsamba wobiriwira (2-3, akanadulidwa finely)
Masamba a Coriander (supuni 2, odulidwa bwino)
Njira:
Khwerero 1: Tengani chikho chimodzi cha mpunga wotsala ndikugaya kuti mupange phala.
Khwerero 2: Onjezani 1/2 chikho cha besan mu phala la mpunga.
Khwerero 3: Kenaka yikani mchere, tsabola wofiira, chilli wobiriwira wodulidwa bwino, ndi masamba a coriander. Sakanizani bwino.
Khwerero 4: Pangani mapakoda ang'onoang'ono osakaniza ndi mwachangu mpaka atakhala golide.
Khwerero 5: Kutumikira otentha ndi wobiriwira chutney.
