Malangizo

Popanga chapathi, sakanizani ufa watirigu, madzi, ndi mchere mu mbale mpaka mtanda ukhale wosalala. Phimbani ndi nsalu yonyowa ndikusiya kuti ipume kwa mphindi pafupifupi 30.

Pa kolifulawa kurma, tenthetsa mafuta mu poto, onjezani anyezi odulidwa, ndi mwachangu mpaka golidi. Phatikizani phala la ginger-garlic, ndikutsatiridwa ndi tomato wodulidwa, ndi kuphika mpaka zofewa. Onjezerani ufa wa turmeric, ufa wa chili, ndi garam masala, oyambitsa bwino. Thirani mu kolifulawa ndi mbatata, ndikusakaniza kuti muvale. Thirani madzi kuphimba ndiwo zamasamba, kuphimba poto, ndi kuphika mpaka kufewa.
