Zolowa:
- 1 chikho cha vermicelli kapena semiya
- 1 tbsp mafuta kapena ghee
- 1 tsp nthangala za mpiru
- 1/2 tsp hing
- 1/2 inch piece ginger - grated
- 2 tbsp Mtedza
- Masamba a Curry - ochepa
- 1-2 green chillies, odulidwa
- anyezi mmodzi wapakati, wodulidwa bwino
- 1 tsp jeera ufa
- 1 1/2 tsp dhania ufa
- 1/4 chikho cha nandolo wobiriwira
- 1/4 chikho cha kaloti, chodulidwa bwino
- 1/4 chikho cha capsicum, chodulidwa bwino
- Mchere kuti mulawe
- 1 3/ 4 makapu madzi (onjezani madzi ngati pakufunika, koma yambani ndi muyeso uwu)
Malangizo:
- Yanikani vermicelli mpaka ikhale bulauni ndikuwotcha, sungani izi
- Tsitsani mafuta kapena ghee mu poto, onjezani njere za mpiru, hing, ginger, mtedza ndi kuphika li>Onjezani masamba a curry, chilli wobiriwira, anyezi ndi kuphika mpaka anyezi atembenuke
- Tsopano onjezerani zonunkhira - jeera powder, dhania powder, mchere ndi kusakaniza. Tsopano, onjezerani masamba odulidwa (nandolo zobiriwira, kaloti, ndi capsicum). Sakanizani kwa mphindi 2-3 mpaka ataphika
