  • Masamba a Curry - ochepa
  • 1-2 green chillies, odulidwa

  • 1 tsp jeera ufa
  • 1 1/2 tsp dhania ufa
  • 1/4 chikho cha nandolo wobiriwira
  • 1/4 chikho cha kaloti, chodulidwa bwino
  • 1/4 chikho cha capsicum, chodulidwa bwino
  • Mchere kuti mulawe
  • 1 3/ 4 makapu madzi (onjezani madzi ngati pakufunika, koma yambani ndi muyeso uwu)

Malangizo:

  • Yanikani vermicelli mpaka ikhale bulauni ndikuwotcha, sungani izi
  • Tsitsani mafuta kapena ghee mu poto, onjezani njere za mpiru, hing, ginger, mtedza ndi kuphika
  • li>Onjezani masamba a curry, chilli wobiriwira, anyezi ndi kuphika mpaka anyezi atembenuke
  • Tsopano onjezerani zonunkhira - jeera powder, dhania powder, mchere ndi kusakaniza. Tsopano, onjezerani masamba odulidwa (nandolo zobiriwira, kaloti, ndi capsicum). Sakanizani kwa mphindi 2-3 mpaka ataphika
