-Mafuta ophikira 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Anyezi oyera) akulu 2 kapena ngati amafunikira
-Zinyenyeswazi 1 Chikho kapena pakufunika
-Maida (Ufa wacholinga chonse) ¾ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Ufa wa Rice) ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) wophwanyidwa 2 tsp
-Himalayan pinki mchere ½ tsp kapena kulawa
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 2 tsp
-Dried parsley 2 tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Aloo (Potatoes) wedges 2 big (yowiritsa mpaka 90% yatheka)

Malangizo:
-Gulani mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese & sakanizani bwino.
-Onjezani ufa wa paprika, ufa wa adyo, ndi parsley watsopano, sakanizani bwino & pangani mpira , gawani mu magawo 4 & ikani pambali.
-Mu mbale, onjezerani mince ya ng'ombe, mchere wa pinki, ufa wa tsabola wakuda, adyo, sakanizani & pukuta bwino ndi manja & ikani pambali.
-Shape the cheese patty, ikani mu makina osindikizira/opanga & kuphimba ndi mince mix, ndipo kanikizani burger patty press kuti apange burger patty (amapanga 4 patties). Dulani anyezi oyera mu magawo wandiweyani & alekanitse mphete zake.
