Gee 2 tbsp

Adyo, akanadulidwa 1 tbsp

Njira:
Yambani ndikutsuka ndikunyowetsa moong dal ndi mpunga wa basmati kwa maola 1-2. Kenako, mu chophikira chokakamiza, sakanizani zoviikidwa za moong dal, basmati mpunga, turmeric ufa, mchere, ndi madzi. Ziphikeni kwa malikhweru 2-3 pamoto wochepa kwambiri.

Phatikizani mpunga wophika ndi dal osakaniza ndi tadka. Kuphika kwa mphindi 1-2.
Mu poto yaing'ono, yikani ghee, jeera, adyo wodulidwa, hing, ndi ufa wofiira wa chilili. Wiritsani mpaka bulauni wagolide.
